Stay for 5 Country Music Weekends and receive 20% off your 6th stay
Card Identification
- Each loyalty card is assigned a unique identification number.
- This number is used to track and validate all qualifying stays.
- Cards that are altered, duplicated, or tampered with will be deemed invalid.
Eligibility
- This loyalty offer is restricted to one card per room and issued to the lead booking guest of the first booking.
- It is valid only for stays during designated Country Music Weekend events.
Qualifying Stays
- A total of 5 completed stays (minimum 2 nights per stay) during Country Music Weekends is required.
- Each stay must be paid in full at the applicable rate to qualify.
- Multiple rooms booked on the same night count as one stay only.
Reward Redemption
- Upon completion of 5 qualifying stays, guests are entitled to 20% off their 6th Country Music Weekend stay.
- The discount applies to Country Music Weekend packages only.
Validity
- Loyalty cards must be presented at check-in to be stamped and recorded against the card number.
- Completed cards must be redeemed within 24 months of the first recorded stay.
Non-Transferable
- The loyalty card is non-transferable and linked to the original guest.
Advance Booking Required
- The discounted 6th stay is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Guests must quote their card number at the time of booking.
No Cash Alternative
- The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Lost Cards
- Management reserves the right to verify stays using the card number; however, lost cards may not be replaced.
Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
